Customer documentation is interpreted to enable it to be understood by the Chinese suppliers. This includes translation, definition of any applicable standards and the explanation of any other special requirements. This work is done in a co-operation between Danish, American, British and Chinese engineers.
Quotations are individually prepared based on the type of parts to be manufactured and the annual volume requirement. SinoScan handles all the necessary administration from order to delivery including freight, export/import procedures, financing etc.
The SinoScan office in Shanghai supports the suppliers during production development to ensure that the parts fully comply with the technical requirements. SinoScan staff also inspect all orders before dispatch from China, obtain the required approvals for export and arrange the most appropriate transportation method. Product warehousing can also be arranged.
